Cancelation Policy
If you cancel within 72hours the first nights payment will be taken
Breakfast.
We offer fruit juice, a range of cereals and a full English breakfast, or something lighter if you prefer.
Evening Meals.
The 4 course menu focuses on traditional home cooked foods, including roast meats with a large selection of freshly cooked vegetables.
There is a set menu for each evening and a copy of this is in your room. If there is something on the menu that is not to your taste, please let us know at breakfast and we will be pleased to offer an alternative.
When you are making an enquiry or a booking with us, please ask for a copy of the menu, if you would like to see this before you arrive to stay with us.
We are not licensed to sell alcohol, but we are happy to chill a bottle of your own wine for you, and serve it with your meal.
After Dinner.
After your evening meal, you are welcome to stay in the dining room, chatting to the other guests, or move into the conservatory to relax and watch television.
Alternatively, you can select a book from the bookcase and retire to your room, where you can also watch television.
If you would prefer a stroll to stretch out after your meal, we would be pleased to suggest some short evening walks in and around the village.
There are two pubs in the village, with one at the end of the drive. This is the Sun Inn Pub, a delightful traditional old village pub, dating back to the 1770’s

Facilities.
There are four bedrooms, all with their own TV’s with “freeview”.
Bedroom One.
On the ground floor, with twin beds and an adjoining family bathroom, with bath and shower.
Bedroom Two.
Another twin room, upstairs, the only bedroom that is not en suite and is usually used by the older children in the party.
Bedrooms Three and Four.
These are both family rooms, each with a double and a single bed, also with plenty of floor space for a cot, or to use the travel cot that we provide. Both rooms have their own en suite bathrooms and showers.
Family Space and Dining.
There is a large living room, and a separate conservatory area, for a quiet read, or for the children to play in.
There is a large family dining area which is “open plan” to the kitchen.
There are double patio doors from the dining area and the conservatory that open out into the private rear garden area, where you can sit out in the sun at the table and chairs or relax on the loungers. We also provide a barbeque for your use.
Linen and Towels.
We provide all bed linen and hand and bath towels. You just need to bring your beach towels.
